Yard Operative – Harlow – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a busy site based in Harlow. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate, offering stable work and the chance to join a supportive team.

Job Details

• Location: Harlow

• Hours: Monday to Friday,

  13:30 – 22:00

  (flexibility required as shifts may vary)

• Pay: £12.50 per hour (increasing to £12.71 per hour in April)

• Paid weekly – every Wednesday

The Role
This is a hands-on position working outdoors for a company that produces cement mortars. Daily duties will include:

• General yard duties and keeping the area clean and organised

• Moving materials around the yard

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Feeding machines and filling bins with materials

• Using tablets to track activity within the yard

• Working outdoors in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Happy to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• Flexible with working hours if shifts vary

• Looking for a long-term opportunity
