Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a HGV Class 2 vehicle in accordance with all driving laws and regulations
- Delivering goods to supermarkets across Leicester and the surrounding areas
- Loading and unloading goods, ensuring they are securely strapped and properly maintained
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections, reporting any faults to the relevant department
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- Hold a valid UK HGV Class 2 driving license
- Possess a valid CPC and tachograph card
- Proven experience as a HGV Class 2 Driver, preferably within the delivery industry
- Strong knowledge of driving laws, regulations, and road safety
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to complete paperwork accurately
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work varied shifts
