Overview

We are currently recruiting experienced Sewing Machinists to join a well-established manufacturing facility in Kettering that specialises in high-quality automotive interior components. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with industrial sewing experience who are looking for stable, ongoing work within a supportive production environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00am – 2:30pm
Early finish on Fridays depending on production requirements
Overtime may be available during busy periods

Key Responsibilities

Operating industrial sewing machines to assemble automotive interior components
Sewing materials such as fabric, leather and synthetic trims to required specifications
Ensuring all products meet strict quality standards
Following technical drawings and production instructions
Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
Working as part of a production team to meet daily targets

Requirements

Previous experience using industrial sewing machines
Experience sewing upholstery, automotive trim, leather or similar materials preferred
Good attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Ability to work at pace within a production environment
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
