Job Title: Temporary Class 2 Driver (Nights)

Workchain, a leading UK-based recruitment agency in the driving industry, is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Class 2 Driver on a temporary basis for one of our prestigious clients in Ilkeston.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Transport goods and materials to designated locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and securing of items
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any defects or issues to management
- Complete all relevant paperwork, including delivery notes and mileage records
- Maintain a high level of customer service, representing both Workchain and our client in a professional manner
- Provide assistance with any other duties related to driving, as assigned by the client

Qualifications:
- Full and valid Class 2 driving license
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- Previous experience as a Class 2 Driver, preferably within a similar industry
- Knowledge of relevant driving legislation and regulations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines
- Clean driving record and no criminal convictions
