Responsibilities:
- Perform daily tasks such as order picking, packing, and dispatching the assigned goods efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, in a safe and responsible manner (if qualified).
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and organization.
- Maintain a neat and tidy work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets and goals.
- Display a proactive attitude towards continuous improvement, suggesting ideas to streamline warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or industrial experience is desired but not essential.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately follow instructions.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills to read labels, pick orders, and complete documentation.
- Physical fitness and the capability to undertake manual handling tasks.
- A valid forklift or pallet jack license is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A reliable and punctual nature with a commitment to being on time.

Pay Rate: £425.00 to £450.00 per week
