Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a counterbalance forklift to move, stack, and organize products/materials within the warehouse or production area
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring items are securely placed and recorded accurately
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure proper working conditions
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure the smooth flow of operations
- Maintain proper documentation of goods received and dispatched, ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Assist in other warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift License
- Proven experience as a forklift driver counterbalance in a fast-paced industrial environment
- Ability to handle heavy loads and operate machinery with precision and caution
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting goods/materials
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Understanding of health and safety procedures and the ability to follow them strictly
- Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends if required
