Counterbalance Forklift Driver – Sandbach
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Ongoing Long-Term Position

We’re currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing operation based in Sandbach. This is a fantastic long-term opportunity offering stability, consistent hours, and a supportive team environment.

Hours:

• Monday – Friday

• 7:30am – 5:00pm

• Occasional Saturdays when required

• Pay: £13.00 - £13.50 hour, paid weekly every Wednesday

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift for loading and picking duties

• Working entirely outdoors in all seasons – great in summer, more challenging in winter

• Using FLT trucks with enclosed cabs

• Handling and moving materials safely and efficiently

• Using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for order processing and stock control

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date)

• Previous FLT driving experience – outdoor experience is ideal

• Experience using WMS or similar systems is highly advantageous

• Reliability, good work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
