- Safely and efficiently operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle to transport goods in line with legal requirements and company guidelines
- Carry out pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any defects or issues promptly
- Ensure all paperwork, delivery notes, and relevant documents are accurately completed and submitted on time
- Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws, regulations, and health and safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude towards clients at all times
- Assist in loading and unloading goods as required
- Perform any other duties related to the job role as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:
- Full and valid UK driving license with HGV Class 1 entitlement
- Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
- Digital tachograph card
- Proven experience in driving HGV Class 1 vehicles
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Pay Rate:
