- Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle during night shifts, transporting goods to various locations within Nottingham and surrounding areas.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring their safe delivery and adherence to delivery schedules.
- Conduct vehicle checks before and after each shift to identify any maintenance or safety issues, reporting them promptly.
- Complete accurate paperwork, including delivery notes and mileage records.
- Comply with all traffic regulations and safely navigate routes, adapting to any unforeseen circumstances or traffic delays.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring good customer service and positive representation of our client's company.

Qualifications:
- Valid HGV Class 1 license, with relevant CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 Night Trunker, demonstrating a sound understanding of the driving industry.
- A strong focus on health and safety, with the ability to identify and address potential risks in a heavy goods vehicle environment.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling productive interactions with colleagues, customers, and the client's team.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work autonomously during night shifts with minimal supervision.
- A good level of physical fitness, as the role may involve some manual handling.

Pay Rate: £15.00 - £16.00 per hour
