Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of warehouse duties, including but not limited to picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, count, and sort incoming goods, ensuring all items are appropriately stored.
- Conduct stock management duties, including stock rotation, cycle counting, and accurately updating inventory records.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Operate a forklift and other relevant machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are upheld.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Complete all assigned tasks within the allocated timeframes, meeting productivity targets.
- Willingly cross-train across various areas of the warehouse, expanding skills and versatility.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role within the Industrial industry is essential.
- Proficient in operating warehouse equipment, such as a forklift and pallet truck.
- A valid forklift license is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to accurately pick and pack orders.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling effective stock management.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, demonstrating good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift heavy items and be on your feet for extended periods.
- A flexible approach to working hours, as some weekend and evening work may be required.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Salary Range: £425.00 - £450.00 per week
