We are currently recruiting for a Transport Coordinator / Administrator to join a well-established and growing operation based in Brackley. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to build a long-term career within transport and logistics, with clear progression into a Transport Planner role.

The Role
This is a varied and fast-paced position combining administration, customer service, and operational support. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day transport operations while maintaining strong relationships with customers and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
Accurate data entry and system updates
Managing and processing client orders
Monitoring internal systems to track skip/container levels and ensuring timely collections and replacements
Proactively liaising with customers via phone and email
Handling queries, issues, and operational challenges efficiently
Coordinating with specialist HGV drivers and supporting transport operations
Assisting the wider team with planning and logistics tasks
About You
Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to progress into transport planning
Strong communication skills and confident dealing with customers
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to use initiative and solve problems effectively
Comfortable working with systems and data
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
