Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring items are securely packaged and labeled correctly
- Handle receiving, checking, and safely storing incoming stock in the warehouse
- Conduct regular stock checks, ensuring inventory accuracy and investigating discrepancies
- Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including keeping aisles clear and ensuring stock is properly stored
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and priorities
- Assist with any additional duties or tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in a similar warehouse operative role preferred
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and machinery, such as forklifts, is desirable
- Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items
- Adequate numeracy and literacy skills to accurately process orders and complete paperwork
- Adherence to health and safety regulations and a willingness to actively promote a safe working environment
