Hours: Mon to Thu - 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday - 7:30am-12:30pm
Salary: £27,000 - £29,500 + benefits

About the Role

I am working with a national manufacturer who are going through an extended period of growth, and looking for a motivated and reliable Metal Fabrication Operative to join their production team. You will be responsible for preparing and finishing metal components to a high standard, ensuring each part is clean, accurate, and ready for the next stage of production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Working hands-on with metal components

• Reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings

• Producing clean, accurate, professional finishes

• Operating various machines and hand tools (full training provided)

• Supporting the team to meet production deadlines

• Maintaining a safe, organised, and tidy work environment

Qualifications

Essential:

• Relevant practical experience.
